It is the oldest trick in the trade. A glossy render to win the signature, then a quietly watered-down build: cheaper carcass, swapped hardware, a finish that almost matches. You only notice once it is installed.

Your render does not stay a picture. It becomes an attached spec sheet, and that sheet is what we build and verify against at delivery.

What the spec covers, and what it honestly cannot.
Some things are pinned exactly. Some things, like natural grain and slight shade, vary by their nature. We are straight about both.
Carcass grade
The exact ply grade is named, BWP 710 where specified, never a thinner or cheaper substitute.
Hardware brand
Hinges, channels and handles are named by brand, Hettich or Hafele as specified, not "equivalent".
Finishes named
Laminates and shades are listed by maker and code, so the look you approved is the look that arrives.
