Most of an interior project is custom modular work: the kitchen, wardrobes and units built for your space. Yet many warranties quietly cover only bought-in hardware and leave the bespoke build out, exactly where it matters most.

Every warranty has limits. Here are ours, said plainly, with nothing buried. These are the things a warranty cannot reasonably cover.
Normal wear and tear
Everyday ageing of finishes and moving parts over years of use is not a defect, so it sits outside the warranty.
Misuse and accidents
Damage from overloading, water left standing, DIY alterations or accidents is not covered.
Third-party work
Changes or repairs made by someone else after handover can affect, and are not covered by, our warranty.
Open your project, log the issue with a photo. It is timestamped against your warranty certificate.
A Verified coordinator reviews it and confirms next steps within the service window we commit to.
If it is a covered defect, we repair or replace it. You track the fix to completion in the same place.
One question worth asking in writing.
We can only speak for our own warranty. Ask any firm whether the custom modular work is covered, and get the answer on paper.
