Karthik and Divya bought their first home in ECR and were handed a builder-finish shell: bare walls, no kitchen, no wardrobes. They wanted warmth without clutter, a kitchen that worked for two cooks, and a budget they could actually trust. They had been burned once by a "rough estimate" that ballooned, so honesty mattered as much as taste.

Care instructions

Modular kitchen & wardrobes

Wipe shutters with a soft damp cloth, avoid abrasive scrubs. Keep hinges dry; a drop of light oil once a year keeps the soft-close smooth.

Quartz countertop

Daily mild soap and water. Wipe spills of acidic liquids promptly. No need to seal, quartz is non-porous.

Paint & false ceiling

Dust the cove with a dry microfibre cloth. Touch-up emulsion is labelled and left with you for minor marks.

Warranty certificate

12 years on custom work

The warranty is explicit: it covers the carpentry and modular work we built, not just the hardware brands. One document, one point of contact, for ten years.
