You review

You approve
You sign the quote you are happy with. That signature is the agreement, GST-inclusive.
It locks
The total is locked to the rupee. Any change is a signed, costed change order you approve first.
A change order is the only thing that can move a locked price, and only after you approve and sign it.
Everything in the approved BOQ is fixed.

Each material and labour line in your BOQ stays at the approved rate.
The total is GST-inclusive. The tax does not get added on later.

Building to the approved 3D and drawings carries no extra fee.
A written, costed note for something you decide to add or change, for example a different stone or an extra unit. It shows the price impact, and it only takes effect after you approve and sign it.
A surprise charge for something already in your quote, a "site condition" we should have planned for, or a way to revisit the agreed rates. Those stay locked.
