Acceptance of terms
Using our site, tools or services means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Interiors by Verified.RealEstate for your use of our website, free tools, paid software, quotes, interior projects and platform. Where a specific service has its own terms (for example a signed project contract), those apply alongside this document.
Who we are and what we offer
We are a Chennai interior design company. We offer free tools, paid pro software, a designer network and full done-for-you interiors.
Interiors by Verified.RealEstate is operated by A Gen Z Real Estate Private Limited. Our services span free calculators and AI tools, DesignLens (our paid software for professionals), Verified Studio (our managed design and execution service) and done-for-you home interiors delivered with locked quotes and verified materials.
Accounts and OTP login
You sign in with a one-time code. Keep your number and account secure, and give us accurate details.
Some features need a standalone account. Sign-in uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email. Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping access to your number and inbox secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Tools and credits
Paid tools run on credits. If a run fails on our side, that credit is refunded automatically. Validity and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Certain AI and professional tools consume credits when you run them. A run that fails for reasons on our side is refunded to your balance automatically. Credit validity, expiry and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund Policy.
Quotes, Quote-Lock and change orders
The price you sign is the price you pay. It changes only through a written, costed change order that you approve.
When you accept a quote, the Quote-Lock mechanism fixes the scope and price set out in that itemised quote. Any change to scope, materials or finishes is handled only through a signed, costed change order. Until you approve a change order, the locked price stands.
Payments and milestones
You pay in stages as the work progresses, not all upfront. Prices are GST-inclusive and payments are handled by Razorpay.
Project payments are linked to milestones, so you pay as work is completed rather than entirely in advance. Amounts shown are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your full card details.
Warranty
Our work is covered by a written warranty that includes custom and modular work. See the Warranty terms for what is covered.
Eligible work carries a written warranty, including our custom carpentry and modular work. The scope, duration, claims process and exclusions are set out in the Warranty terms, which form part of your project agreement.
User content
Your photos and uploads stay yours. We feature them in marketing only with your separate, explicit consent.
You keep ownership of the photos, room images and other content you upload, and you grant us the permission needed to provide the service to you. We will feature your project or images in our marketing only with your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Intellectual property
Our site, tools, designs and brand are ours. You get a limited licence to use them for your own project.
All content, software, tool outputs, brand names and marks on the platform belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your personal or internal business use in connection with our services. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully. Do not misuse it, attack it, scrape it, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or attack it, to scrape or harvest data at scale, to upload malware or infringing content, or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or limit access where use breaches these terms.
Marketplace and intermediary role
When an independent provider does the work, we act as the platform that connects you. Your project contract sets out who is responsible for what.
For some services an independent designer, vendor or service provider executes the work. In those cases we operate as an intermediary platform that introduces and coordinates. The specific roles and responsibilities for your engagement are set out in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped, but the cap does not apply to things the law will not let us limit, such as fraud or injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to a bounded amount linked to the fees you paid for the relevant service. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the platform causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting reasonable costs.
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or content you upload that infringes the rights of others, subject to the limits set by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Indian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts in Chennai.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution process below, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them.
Dispute resolution
Talk to us first. Most issues are resolved through our grievance process before any formal step.
Before pursuing any formal action, you agree to raise the matter with us so we can try to resolve it through our grievance process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction stated above.
Severability and no-waiver
If one clause is found invalid, the rest of the agreement still stands. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, always lives on this page.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or the law. The current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
