No vague "100 checks" claim. Here are the categories your score is built from, in plain language, so you know exactly what is being graded.
Carcass
Box construction, joinery, edge-banding and load rating of every modular unit, panel by panel.
Finish
Laminate, paint and surface finish, checked for evenness, sheen and freedom from chips or marks.
Alignment
Gaps, levels and reveals between shutters, drawers and panels, measured against tolerance.
Hardware
Hinges, channels, handles and soft-close fittings, tested for smooth, quiet travel and secure fixing.
Electrical
Points, switches and internal lighting, verified for position, function and safe termination.
Cleanliness
Site and handover condition, debris removal and protective film, so the space is ready to use.
