Do I need a floor plan?

Yes, for a full audit. A floor plan with the facing lets us read every room against its direction. A single room photo still gives a lighter read for that one space.

Is the tone fear-based?

No, practical and respectful. Remedies are small and do-able: lighting, colour, placement, ventilation. We never recommend demolition or use fear to push a sale.
