How much does a modular kitchen cost in Chennai?
About ₹1.2L (laminate, basic 2BHK) to ₹5L+ for premium PU or acrylic, by size, finish and hardware. With us, the quote you approve is locked, GST-inclusive and itemised, with no hidden charges.
How long does it take to install in Chennai?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from design approval. We commit to your date in writing; if we are late on our own account, we pay a daily penalty.
What materials do you use, and can I verify them?
Moisture-resistant BWP/BWR plywood and branded hardware (Hettich/Blum-grade). Every material is logged with its grade and a QR you can scan.
Do you offer EMI or financing?
Yes, easy-EMI options are available. Ask during your free consultation and we will lay out the plan with your locked quote.
Is the warranty real, and does it cover custom work?
Yes. It covers the custom kitchen we build, not just bought-in hardware, and you get a warranty certificate at handover.
Which finish is best, laminate vs acrylic vs PU?
Laminate is the durable, budget pick. Acrylic gives a seamless high-gloss look for a mid budget and is our most popular. PU or lacquered is the premium, hand-finished choice with the deepest finish. We show all three on your own kitchen in 3D before you decide.
